Below is a summary of rules you need to follow if you want to have an account on this server of Mastodon:

1. no nazis, fascists, bigots, homophobes, transphobes, TERFs, SWERFs, et al.
2. if your choice of political affiliation associates you with any of the above groups, this place is not for you. fuck off
3. hate speech and hateful actions against other users will result in a ban.
4. CW your sensitive topics.
5. Caption your media whenever possible.
6. Be nice. That's it.

as of its inception, this instance is intended to be limited-access and invite-only. if you want to invite a friend you are expected to vouch for their behaviour. don't spread hate or drama, and generally be an adult about things, and we'll all get along fine. enjoy the 6000-character toot limit. other amenities and features such as off-site image storage and possibly a ko-fi to help alleviate server costs will come eventually if they are required. now then. what's your favorite bad movie? tell us, won't you?
