I'm currently frying bacon in butter. That feels mildly perverse.

@dolari the only time i fry bacon is when i make bacon and eggs. I usually bake it in the oven at 400° for 10 mins if cheap bacon, 15 mins for good bacon
@Mondobizarrro - This was for a recipe I'm about to post. Normally I do my bacon in the oven as well. :)
