Im just tired of 50 something year old karens being allowed to be *my* manager all while getting away with mistreating *me*!

I dont mean to generalize but its always some bitter manager whos some bitchy woman who just makes everyone else miserable because she made bad decisions and is stuck in some dead end job. Men are equally guilty of this but ive dealt with less shitty men but they obv exist too. Its not even a gender thing for me it just ends up always being a woman that does this in my luck. Anyone has the possibility of being a jerk. Its just a coincidence its mostly older women instead of asshole dudes but ik ill deal with my fair share of those jerks too

Anyone who mistreats people like that, not even just myself should never be allowed to hold a job (or atleast a management) position ever again.

They clearly abused and neglected their obligations to willingly and ethically manage their subordinates therefore to make up for the repeated trauma and hardships of their subordinates should be barred from being a manager in any job. Ik this is petty and wishful thinking but im just mad

@Mondobizarrro - If there's anything my managemers taught me at Nintnendo, and then taught me HOW to manage at Nintendo, is anyone belitteling shouting or generally scaring you into your job is a manager you need to quit at your earliest opportunity.

I never once shouted at my reps. My managers at NOA never once shouted at me.

When I worked at TxDOT, the manager there yelled and belittled people to get them working, I left after just a few weeks.
