Until "All Good Things", there were no more appearances of a skant since the #StarTrekTNG season 2 episode "Samaritan Snare" (not even in "Shades of Gray"...yes, I checked...). Here's the only Enterprise-D crewmember (apart from Deanna) wearing a blue skant in "AGT".

@gaghyogi49 - Were those the old Season 2 uniforms? Or were they new? I seem to remember comparing the colored "piping" on the shoulders, and I noticed the piping was "flat" in All Good Things, where I thought the piping was round on the originals. They also don't appear to be spandex, but the same material as the contemporary uniforms of the time.
