You'd think black olives would go good in an egg omlette. You'd be quite wrong. Rare cooking misstep.
The even more cooked waffle makes up for it, though.
@dolari ive seen people put cut up black olives in their omlette before. Btw have you made huevos rancheros before? Sounds yummy.

@Mondobizarrro - I think the black olives just needed something to either cut or enhance the flavor of the omlette, like onions or something.
And yeah, huevos rancheros are AWESOME.
