Anyone have a way to clip off the beginning and end of a video, to a known timestamp, without losing quality, on Linux?

I still have all those rescued DVDs I need to trim, and I don't fancy rerendering them in blender.

@socketwench - It's a bit of a hack, but I use AVIDemux to clip videos on keyframes. It's not perfect, and I do have to rerender if I don't find a keyframe at a convenient spot. But most two-pass encoders will put keyframes at scene changes and fadeouts.
