Quick question for a friend looking for long-form blogging options (that I'd be interested in as well).

We're looking for something akin to a modern day Livejournal or Dreamwidth. I'd rather not create a Livejournal (it's dead and Russian owned) or Dreamwidth (It's mostly dead). Preferably free.
