Ah, baking.
I've become quite the cook over the last decade or so, but nothing, absolutely nothing, scares me more than baking. So much work, takes forever, can depend on the weather you're having(!) and you don't know if you messed it up till the very end.
Scares me even more than deep frying!
@dolari oh yeah definitely me too, I never know what my baking will turn out like even if I stick closely to the recipe! There's a reason I usually make fudges for the Holidays!
