What is Tonya Marie Cooking?

I've done this before, but it disappeared when I moved instances...

Part 1:

Chicken breasts (frozen!)
Diced tomatoes
Ginger, garlic, and garam masala
Turmeric, Cayenne, Cumin, Paprika, and salt
Cashews

Put the tomatoes, cashews, and spices into the pressure cooker and stir well. Then add the chicken and start the cooker up. Those frozen breasts are a bit thick, so this is going to take 20-25 minutes.

Meanwhile, line up Part 2:

Butter
Cream
Garam Masala
Cashews
Peas
Cauliflower

Obviously, the veggies can be fresh instead of frozen, but I go for convenience because I like to be able to have everything in the freezer so I can pull this recipe any time I want it.

re: What is Tonya Marie Cooking?

Defrost the frozen veggies in the microwave. They don't have to be hot, just no longer frozen. Cut the cauliflower into bite sized chunks.

Once the chicken is done, take it out to rest. Puree the remaining ingredients and place them in a pot. Add the cream and butter and leave over medium heat while the butter melts.

Once the butter is melted, stir in the vegetables, nuts, and garam masala and let simmer

re: What is Tonya Marie Cooking?

Dice up the chicken into bite sized pieces and add to the pot. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes. This is a good time to use the pressure cooker again to make some rice!
