MADDKAP: It’s whichever car got there first.
JR: What if they got there at the same time?
M: The one to the right goes 1st.
JR: What if 4 of them get there at the same time?
M: … then it goes by color. Rainbow order.
JR: What if they’re all the same color?
M: … alphabetical order by make, then model.

M: Car age. Oldest first. Then driver age.

@drmaddkap - If all cars at the stop are exactly the same, with exactly the same passengers and drivers, get out, and determine who is native to this reality in the multiverse. They go first.
