It's September, and the weather literally just flipped over to "Cold." HOW DOES IT KNOW.
I call this "jacket ok". Cold is Ohio in December (Ohio January is "time to take a trip somewhere south"). Long sleeves was just enough for the tall ship ride yesterday.
