@CiscoJunkie @dolari I've got both of those places on my list next time we're in the area. Our bbq is even worse up in Bham which is super noticeable because we used to stop in Lockhart TX all the time.
@andyy @CiscoJunkie - I lived in San Marcos, just ten minutes from Lockhart. It ruined me for BBQ.
@dolari @CiscoJunkie yeah, we just off of William Cannon on the east side. It was just a quick jaunt down 183 to the good stuff.

If you're partial to KC style BBQ and find yourself in Seattle, Woodshop BBQ is currently at the top of my list.
Seattle metro area is a BBQ wasteland; gotta spread the word about the places that do it right.
