Watching the Filmrise Iron Chef Japan YouTube episodes and realizing I prefer my old Food Network VHSes.

The Filmrise versions didn't have the rights to the music so they completely redid it. It's not nearly as bombastic and over the top, which was part of its charm.

I may pick up the series in the future, but probably only to patch holes in my Food Network episodes.
