@Mondobizarrro - This looks like Windows 11 (10?) doing the whole "Let's finish setting up your PC" screen. That pops up every couple of months on my Windows partitions. Not sure exactly how to bypass that. Maybe a few escapes or ALT-F4s?
@dolari it didnt work. It was blank and i couldnt alt tab or alt f4.
