I like how the "Demons of Punjab" DW episode is basically just "Twice Upon a Time" but good and thematically coherent.
@Tekk - Resolution is another good one, and one of the few to really show that a Dalek out of it's shell is as much of a nightmare as in its shell. One of the few times they really felt like a threat.
Sadly, Jodie's run begins to peter out the deeper into it you get. There are jems here and there, though.
