what video editing software do people use/recommend? I've been using Vegas for a while but it doesn't do so many things that I'm thinking of just trying to switch and get used to something else rather than constantly supplement it with other editors/tools. I use VSDC for things I can't do in Vegas, is it worth it to get the full version of that, or is there something else that people like to use? (compatible with Windows 10)

(I'm looking for personal recommendations only from people who regularly cut/edit videos)

@ami_angelwings - I use KDenlive for Linux. I've only used it for light stuff such as making the intro for our Movie Riffing group, but the other functions show a lot of promise.
