@georgetakei - Literally still don't understand what my teachers were saying when they'd say "Show Your Work." I COUNTED THE NUMBERS.
@dolari @georgetakei they want to see each step in the process. So if the question is 24 + 48 you would write
4+8 is 12. Carry the 1
20 + 40 + 10 is 70
The answer is 72.
This is insanity.
So instead you write this

48
24
———
72
And the teacher should just know.
