Thoughts Before Bed:
I kinda wanna make something I saw on a Try Guys video a few days ago. "Ice Cream Pot Pie." It's Ice Cream, in a bowl, sprinkled with cereal and an Eggo waffle topping it off.
My endocrinologist is gonna kill me if I make it. If the Pot Pie doesn't first.

With what, 12 units of lispro as a chaser? Sheesh, though, now I want to make that...
That said, waffles a la mode aren't nearly as disastrous as they seem at first.
