A pen, similar to the one Dr. Crusher uses in #StarTrekTNG's "Identity Crisis"⬅️, was also used by Mistress Beata in season 1's "Angel One"↗️ and is also used by the Alsaurians many years later in #StarTrekVOY's "Resistance"↘️.
