My baking curse continues. I can cook pretty good, but baking breads continues to elude me.
For regular breads... I cheat. A nice loaf of beer bread is certainly tasty, and quickbreads are perfectly valid too, right?
Eventually I'll learn the skill, but certainly not right now.

There are so many ways bread can go sideways too, so you never quite know what you’ve done wrong if you’re not experienced. 😐
