sending a rejection notice to a job applicant on the same day as their interview should cause the sender an immediate sensation of nausea and intense groinal pain, because that's exactly what getting one feels like.

@zx3 - Back in the 2000s when IW as job hunting, I'd walk into an in-person interview, and would get "The Look."
The Look was that look of "Oh, god, a trans person." And I'd lost the job before I said anything. I'd have appreciated just them telling me "get out" rather than spend 15 minutes knowing I wouldn't get my foot through their door.
