Quick write-up on the Newcastle decision to fly the Pride Flag. It wasn't as simple as it sounds....

@dolari Geez. Reading that article, it sure looks like it.
From the original article, I think I remember their reasoning being something along the lines of "Well, if we do it for this one, maybe we have to do it for others, and government is supposed to be *neutral*." Which...yeah, that's not really how that works, I don't think; it seemed like a cop-out to me.
@dolari I remember reading the original article about them deciding not to; didn't realize they'd reversed the decision.
