@cubeyterra - This was more of an issue of "We are taking the land, you can either profit by this, or be destroyed." I took profit.

I have a Chicken and Waffles recipe (well, Cuccos and Waffles). I think once I get a job, or some money comes in, I'm gonna get a waffle maker.
