One of the things I mean when I say “trans rights are human rights” is that a lot of things I want to protect for trans folks are things that benefit others more often.
For example, in the US there are fewer than 200 gender-affirming surgeries performed on people under 18 each year. 97% of those are breast reductions for cisgender boys. In fact, access to gender-affirming care of most types is used more often by non-trans people than trans people. Protecting trans folks’ access to such care benefits lots of people who aren’t trans.
Trans rights are human rights.

@socketwench - Me, too, Wench. Me, too.
My familia is either gonna love this, or be very angry.
@AzulCrescent - Ooof, I've had this happen.
I got married in a dream. And while I was a beautiful bride, I can't remember who I married. All I know was it was a man. But I can't remember his face. But I was so in love....
@socketwench - What magical program you using? I've got blueman-manager and it's a nightmare. I usually have to go into bluetoothctl and do everything there.
When many of the professional wrestlers and bodybuilders I used to follow back in the 90s came out for Trump I wasn't surprised. They tend to skew conservative (and get pretty angry when you oppose them as I found out).
It's great to see Mick Foley out there bucking that trend.
