Truth time.
I'm six months into unemployment and things are looking real bad on that front. While I'm good to tread water until at least September, I'm not sure where to go from here at this point.
I wanted to concentrate on my writing and comicking but the pinched nerve has killed that for now.
Just not sure where to go from here.
I could never be an actress because I have zero control over my eyebrows.
@alairthephoenix - A writer, I think it was Harlan Ellison, or JMS, once said that the secret to his writing was "It's not important to write what you think others will like. The real thing is to make other people like what YOU want to write."
I believe in that. A lot.

I just napped on the floor of my office cause it's the only room in the house under 85 degrees (29C for those of you not using Freedom Units).

Finally an accurate fighting game movie
On a more serious note, the Spinal Specialist did a few quick physical tests involving muscle strength, and determined just from that (wow!) that I have some nerve damage in my C6 nerve canal. He's also believes C7 is at risk for nerve damage as well because I had pain in my lower arm, but no wekening.
He's decided I'll need spinal injections to bring down the swelling on C6 and C7, as well as physical therapy to get my strength back up in my left arm. Waiting for them to call me for the appointments for the spinal injection shots.
If there's anything that will kill Threads for me is its lack of a fully functional web interface. 95% of my social media is done on a PC web browser.
I'll assuming, like Instagram, it's coming. I'm hoping it doesn't take as long....
