I rather liked The Flash. Or was it Amanda Pays. I think it was Amanda Pays.
@alairthephoenix @spottyfox - According to the website, it's: Spicy gochujang glazed crispy BC chicken thigh, savoy cabbage & mayo.
The chicken was a deepfried breaded piece of chicken with a thick thick gochujang sauce. The gochujang wasn't spicy at all, just the flavor of gochujang with no heat. The savoy cabbage and mayo kinda had a kimchi feel to it, but it certainly wasn't kimchi.
@alairthephoenix - It's a good ways....

@pomegranate_stew - Hope the Teaberry was AWESOME. I'm thinking about making the milk bread myself!
Great article on 'why is the Fediverse seen as complicated' - https://amplifi.casa/~/FediStuffs/Why%20is%20the%20fediverse%20seen%20as%20complicated%3F
A good read even if you're new here (as it might explain some things)! Touches on expectations of people moving from other social media sites, how the 'official' apps aren't helping, getting used to community-first environments, etc.

@Holocluck - thank you kindly!
I'm leaving Canada sometime Thursday. Trying to make a schedule for what I want to do before leaving, since I want to hit a place in the US before it closes.
LEaving Canada is always melancholy for me. For many years, I aimed at the Vancouver area being my home. While it didn't happen, I still feel more connected here than I do back in Washington.
I don't want to flee the US should the federal government go the way of Florida and Texas. But if I do, I hope I could make Vancouver my home again. It FEELS like home, still....
