After all the talk about Super SF2 Turbo, I decided to fire up the Playstation 1 version of the game. Set it to difficulty level 8 (home versions are based on the Japanese difficulty, not the completely unreasonable US difficulty), and realized I was about to get Akuma. So I decided to record it for posterity.

Retroarch's video capture is the absolute worst, but, hey, you want the full 90s 320x240 Real Video experience, here's a muddled low res video of me beating the tar out of the guy.

Hot Take: There is no such thing as Star Trek: The Animated Series.

You see, when the title credits roll on that show, the words on the screen are “Star Trek” and there are no other words after those words. The thing which is erroneously called “Star Trek: The Animated Series” is simply seasons four and five of Star Trek.

Had a long talk with the parents today about life, the universe and everything. But a lot was about the worsening situation for trans-folk in Texas and why I'm being so careful about it on my visit back.
