3d printing is the process of accumulating a bunch of the wrong thing that slowly trends towards being the right thing

The Implementor's Creed, written by Stu Galley of Infocom on September 10, 1985. Close to 40 years old, but it still rings true in a lot of ways for me.
Just something to think about here.
If you're not able to see how awesome you are, let me give an applies-to-all-the-trans-girls-here description: You grew up through the trauma of a trans childhood in a cis world. You made it through a forced nasty puberty of not your choice. You made it to adulthood. You have performed in adulthood in various ways, while fighting not only hidden transness but often ADHD and/or autism too. AND THEN! THEN, you magical fucking amazing women, you transitioned. One of the hardest steps anyone ever takes is that first step out the front door after transition. You've all done that. You took a swan dive off the privilege ladder, and each of you finds a way to be gorgeous and sexy doing it.
You are each of you a bloody miracle. Please try and keep that in the back of your head sometimes. Getting to where you are, from where we started, in the face of determined opposition sometimes from family as well as friends and other loved ones, not to mention official opposition from the government of the day.
Recognize your own wonderfulness.
That's what I see in you. Yes, you. Her too, but you especially. If you can read this, and you're a trans femme person, then this applies to you.
Love yas.

I'm reading the actual script to the second draft of the very first attempt at a Transformers movie, and for an action packed movie, it's kinda tedious. It literally is just FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT LOCATION CHANGE FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT LOCATION CHANGE, etc, etc.
Yeah, the final movie isn't MUCH better, but it knows how to take a break.
