- The US flag code specifies it must be the colors red, white, and blue but does not specify the exact hue of red, white or blue.

- It also specifies that there must be 13 stripes of alternating red and white, and 50 white stars on a field of blue but does not specify where those stripes or stars must appear.

- Pink is a hue of red. Baby blue is a hue of blue. Pale pink can be considered an off-white.

- Conclusion: this is a US Flag code compliant American flag.
